The Vice President shall keep a correct record of the Minutes of all meetings and attend to such other matters as may be designated by the President, the Board of Directors, or the By-Laws. In addition, the Vice President shall provide a written copy of the minutes of each meeting of their Board of Directors and General Membership within ten (10) days of each meeting.
